Guest Guidelines/Policy

The health and safety of you and our team is our top priority. Please read and adhere to the following state-mandated COVID-19 protocols for clients with a scheduled service appointment:

  • All clients are required to wear a face mask.
  • If you currently have a cough and/or fever, have been in contact with anyone exhibiting these symptoms, or have tested positive for COVID-19 within the past 14 days, you will be required to reschedule your appointment.
  • We will be taking your temperature upon arrival.
  • If you display any symptoms upon entry, we will have to ask you to reschedule your appointment.
  • Sanitize your hands upon entry using the hand sanitizer station located at the front desk or please utilize one of our restrooms to wash your hands.

 

COVID-19 Salon Procedures

  • Our entire team has been fully trained regarding proper CDC disinfection and sanitation protocols.
  • We have required our entire team to be tested for COVID-19 prior to our reopen to assure a negative result.
  • DLM has extended our business hours and adjusted employee schedules in order to accommodate all appointments while maintaining social distancing guidelines and sanitation protocols.
  • Touchless temperature checks will be required upon arrival for all team members. We require any team member that is not feeling well, or that has a fever to be sent home immediately.
  • Team members will be required to wear a face mask at all times, as well as necessary PPE, including face shields, disposable gloves, and aprons when necessary. 
  • Service Provider workstations have been reassigned to follow social distancing (6 feet) between workstations and throughout the salon.
  • Our outdoor area allows us to provide an optional waiting and processing area 
  • We have removed our waiting area, temporarily suspended our food and beverage offerings, and have removed all magazines to eliminate unnecessary touchpoints. 
  • Hand sanitizer is located at the salon entrance, reception desk, every workstation, and throughout our space. 
  • High contact touchpoints will be disinfected throughout the day.
  • We have created daily Sanitation Protocol checklists for each department and trained our entire team on all protocols.
  • All workstations/areas, chairs, and equipment/tools used by a service provider will be disinfected with EPA approved disinfectant between each appointment. 
  • Hand-washing is required of every employee between each appointment.
  • Automatic, touch-free soap dispensers and single-use hand towels have been placed in each restroom.
  • Client capes, gowns, and towels will continue to be laundered after each client.
