Cancelation Policy/Deposit Fee

Due to the overwhelming amount of cancellations, the high demand for lengthy services, and our staff’s valuable timing, we will be enforcing a new policy!

As we approach our busiest season, we kindly request a credit/debit card to hold in a secure file to book an appointment moving forward. Cancellation within 24 hours or less, will result in a 50% charge of services onto the card on file. A same-day cancellation, or no-show, will result in 100% of the services booked. These numbers will reflect our baseline pricing. 

We try our best to provide an amazing experience for our guests, including a text message confirmation system. We please ask that you respect our time, and we appreciate your cooperation and loyalty!

Under extreme extenuating circumstances, we may require a deposit to book, as opposed to a card on file.
